Overview

EBS Construction was appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal and external restoration of a four-storey, 19th-century sandstone tenement in Glasgow’s West End. The building had suffered extensive deterioration, including water ingress, decayed masonry, failing windows, and widespread rot across both common and private areas.

The works involved major structural repairs alongside full renewal of the building fabric to restore the property to a safe and maintainable condition.
